Service was on time, easily monitorable, driver was very courteous and helpful. Will use this service again for sure.
Our diver didn’t turn up but just happen to have another one available and he took us with him which really do appreciate that. I hope my transfer on 14th December will have no hiccup.
Trip was on time and the driver was very professional . . .
It didn't start well. I went to the correct meeting space by pillar 1C and then was told the van already left and I needed to hurry down to pillar 2K if I wanted to leave on time. That was unnecessary. I told them I was coming, got 1C in 2 minutes, and had to run. Good that I'm in shape. Otherwise, OK. Very convoluted route and I was last.
Our ride was good. Our driver also was prompt and courteous. It was a pretty smooth experience given that we nearly had nearly 21 hours of flight since we left Bangalore, India. Supershuttle was easy to locate just outside our terminal. We were the fourth and final drop off and it took nearly 2 hours as we were expecting. I am giving 4 as the last seats at the back were little bumpy and probably the van's suspension needs some fix. We shifted to the front row once the other passengers got down. Overall I believe it is good value for money. I will definitely book supershuttle when I arrive in any US airport now.... Read more
