First of all, I thought I was booking my trip with Arizona Shouthwest Shuttle, however, the payment went to Jayride. When I called Southwest Shuttle they said they had nothing to do with Jayride and wouldn't honor my booking which cost me $38.00 CDN. They said they would, however, pick me up but I would need to pay again. I gave them my CC booked my pick up time for 5 am as I had an international flight at 7 am. I waited till 5:15 am and no one showed up. The hotel called me a taxi so as not to miss my flight. At 5:20 someone called and said they were at the hotel for me. I said you were to be there at 5 and I have taken a taxi. Jayride has not returned my payment so far. Southwest did not charge me. The website I booked through was Arizona Southwest Shuttle so I don't know how Jayride comes into the picture. In any case, I will never use their service again and I have contacted my CC company to remove the charge to Jayride. Very disappointing.... Read more
